The POP Difference

The POP Difference

HONEY MUSTARD THAT ACTUALLY POPS.

Real honey and whole grain mustard, barrel-aged until every grain bursts sweet, then savory. You'll taste the honey first and the tang right after. Smooth honey mustard can't do that. Yeah, you'll dip a spoon in it.

WHY WE KEEP IT WHOLE.

Most honey mustards are blended smooth. POP keeps every grain whole and barrel-ages it in small batches. The honey soaks in and the grains stay soft, so each one pops the second it hits your tongue.

HONEY GOES IN FIRST.

Honey is the first ingredient on the label. It brings a round, golden sweetness that coats every grain and softens the tang. Sweet enough for dipping. Bold enough for a sandwich.

THE SAVORY SIDE.

Beer, a splash of Chardonnay and a touch of jalapeño keep the sweetness in check. That savory backbone is why POP Honey tastes like more than sugar, and why you keep going back for another dip.

SOFT WHOLE GRAIN HONEY MUSTARD.

Barrel aging smooths every grain until it's buttery and soft. They burst the second they hit your tongue, sweet first, then savory. No grit. Nothing stuck in your teeth.

People expect a gritty bite. They get something closer to bubble tea. That first dip surprises everyone.

“POP mustard is seriously delicious. It has that perfect balance of tang, sweetness, and a little bite that makes you want to put it on everything. As a chef, I love condiments that can completely wake up a dish without overpowering it—and POP does exactly that. It’s bold, super versatile, and honestly kind of addictive."

Chef Esther Choi

“Most of my cooking begins and ends with mustard. While I love a smooth Dijon, the robust flavors of POP mustard and the fabulous textural crunch make it a unique product I love!”

Frequently asked questions

Are the grains hard?

Not at all. They're soft and buttery. Barrel aging smooths them until they burst on contact, like bubble tea. Most people are surprised by the texture on the first bite.

What does it taste like?

Sweet first, then savory. Real honey leads, beer and Chardonnay add depth, and a touch of jalapeño gives it lift.

How do I use it?

Dip tenders and pretzels in it. Spread it on a turkey sandwich. Brush it on salmon or whisk it into a dressing. Or eat it straight from the jar. We won't tell.

Is it gluten-free?

No. POP Honey is brewed with beer, so it contains gluten. For gluten-free, POP Smoked is your jar.

How long does it last?

Refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within 6 months.
