Glazed Ham with POP Mustard

Makes enough for one 4# ham

Ingredients

1 4# smoked ham skin on
¼ c River Roots Bourbon
¼ c Maple Syrup
2 tbl Soy Sauce
1 c Apple Cider
½ c Brown Sugar
¼ c POP ORIGINAL MUSTARD

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and place over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer and allow to reduce by 1/3.
Score skin of the ham on all sides with a knife.
Place the Ham cut side down on a sheet tray.
Brush the ham with the glaze every 30 minutes until ham is cooked through, crispy and brown.
